Community Youth Service is an affiliated organization that offers recreational sports instruction and service opportunities for youth with affiliation to the San Jose Japantown community.

It offers instruction to both boys and girls in Kindergarden to High School in:

• Basketball
• Bowling
• Golf
• Judo
• Modern Dance
• Tennis

The youth volunteer in activities in Japantown such as Nikkei Matsuri, San Jose Obon and Yu Ai Kai.
