The Tuesday evening program starts on the 2nd Tuesday, September 8, from 7:00  pm. The minister or a speaker will present a topic on the first Tuesday of the month which is followed by the discussion on the topic on the 4th Tuesday.

Topics vary from simple topics like the Four Noble Truths and the Meaning of Nembutsu to advanced topics like Buddhism & Psychiatry and No-Self/Non-dualism. Although sessions do not assume prior knowledge, it helps to have some background in fundamentals of Buddhism. People new to Buddhism are recommended to attend the Introduction to Jodo Shinshu Buddhism class hosted by Rev. Kenji Akahoshi.

Come early, as the attendance has been growing as many are enjoying the fellowship of our congenial group.
